It is in the area of sex offenders that I see a strong trend to allow rulings against them that are constitutionally unsound for the simple fact that to do differently is perceived as being &quot;soft&quot; on child predators which, of course, all sex offenders are not.  The judicial branch is the only buffer left between the hysterical, media-driven demands for tougher laws prompted by a few high-profile cases and keeping our constitution intact.</description>

Did they bring the SORNA into compliance with the States Constitution? I&#039;d like to hear a legal evalutation of what was passed.
